PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Usually, pick up is in the suburb of Spingvale VIC 3171 or Seaford VIC 3198 by appointment.
If you would like to have your product delivered, please notify us of the products & delivery location so we are able respond promptly with pricing, estimated timeframe and other necessary information.
BONSAI MEASUREMENTS
We hope to provide the measurements of length x width x height of all our bonsais and pots. Bonsai measurements are from the base of the pot to the end most point of the bonsai's foliage. This provides an accurate representation of the bonsai's dimensions, allowing customers to envision how it will fit into their desired space.
CAREFUL SELECTION, NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of bonsais, we are unable to offer refunds. We are confident in our products and also try to meet face-to-face with customers who purchase a bonsai plant to ensure you are happy during the pick-up/delivery.
